Ice Cream Caramel Pull-A-Part Bread

I could die happy after eating these!!!

The night before you want to make this bread place the frozen loaf in a greased bread pan and cover with a flour sack. Leave overnight.

In the morning after the dough has risen you will pinch it into 1" rolled pieces.

Coat thoroughly in 1 tsp cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar mix.

Place in greased pan. I use a 9x9 cake pan or a deep pie dish.

Cover with a flour sack and let rise again for 2-3 hours.

Once it's risen you'll heat the 1/2 cup ice cream, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 stick of butter and melt together until a soft boil. Remove from heat. Scatter a generous amount of nuts on top of the dough.

Pour the caramel mixture over the dough making sure to fill in all the cracks.

Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, remove from oven and let set on counter for another 20.

I generally turn mine over (think upside down cake) onto a platter and then sprinkle with another handful of nuts.

Oh. My. God. They're good. A plate of this usually disappears around here in about 10 minutes. Enjoy!!!
